• Surveying large properties for underwriting, claims, etc. (i.e.Farms, dairies, feed yards, oil fields, manufacturing facilities, etc.…)
• Proper identification of buildings and other items on the property for coverage
• Avoidance of E&O issues
• Up-sale of coverage that might not have been present
• Documentation through video and photos

While drone footage is taking off the problem is that many of these so called pilots are hobby enthusiast and are not incompliant with the FAA and TSA guidelines.  If you are found operating or paying someone to operate such a business, you too could be found guilty. We have individuals on staff that are licensed drone pilots with experience in the insurance field to determine possible issues for coverage.
